Support Project Pride!

Now that winter is coming, some of our students need help staying warm and healthy. To help students in need, the High School Student Success Team has started Project Pride. With assistance from you, we will purchase hats, scarves, gloves, socks, blankets, throws, and backpacks to keep them in. Items from this fundraiser will benefit students in need across the Maroa-Forsyth district—not just the high school.

This project is Phase 3 of Project Pride. Phases 1 & 2 included hearty shelf-stable meals, personal hygiene products, and cold & flu medicines. Together with this last project, we will be able to assemble complete Winter Preparedness Backpack Kits to meet most of our students' cold weather needs.

Please go to http://bit.ly/ProjectPrideNow to learn more or to sponsor the project on DonorsChoose.org. Currently, donations are matched dollar-for-dollar! We don’t know how long matching funds will be available, so please hurry!

The National Honor Society is offering tutoring for all subjects before school from 7:30-7:55 every day in the library and after school Monday-Thursday until 3:30.
