Richland Community College

Richland Community College is offering free tutoring to high school students. It is on a first come first served basis and RCC students are prioritized. Students may schedule an appointment by emailing the following email address: tutoring@richland.edu.

National Honor Society Tutoring

Any student who is struggling academically may contact Mrs. Mann at dawn.mann@mfschools.net to be matched up with a National Honor Society Student for Tutoring during the school day. Any teacher who knows of a struggling student in their class may contact Mrs. Mann as well.

One-to-One Tutoring

George Bennett, who has taught as a Millikin University professor in Decatur for the past 26 years with an emphasis on Chemistry, Algebra, Earth Science, Test Preparation, and College Readiness would like to tutor our students. Anyone interested may call him at 217-433-1161 for additional information.

Focused Learning Tutoring

We have tutoring taking place during Focused Learning for Math in Mrs. Atherton's classroom, for Science in Mrs. Callaway's classroom, and for Writing in Mrs. Luedke's classroom.

South Family Tutoring

One-to-one tutoring with certified teachers is available to students interested in homework help, subject tutoring, PSAT & ACT Exam Prep, and supplemental enrichment in Reading & Math. The contact information is (217) 520-4717 or southfamilytutoring@gmail.com.

Sylvan Learning Center

Huntington Learning Center

Any student interested in tutoring may take part in the Huntington Learning Program. The contact information is 1-800 CAN LEARN.
