Grade School's first Lego League makes it to State in first year.

The Maroa-Forsyth Grade School First Lego League (FLL) has already had a great first year! After competing against 14 other teams in the city competition in Mt. Zion, our FLL was one of five teams to make it to state!

The team designed their own piece of inclusive playground equipment, had it 3D printed, and presented it to the Village of Forsyth. The public works director was impressed and will explore the possibility of implementing it into the park.

The state tournament took place at the University of Illinois UrbanaChampaign on December 7.
