Trojans move to 6-0 in the Sangamo Conference.
After a slow start, the MFHS football team pulled away for a 41-0 win at PORTA Friday night. Tanner Hetz, Kadinn Morris, and Andrew Poland led the Trojans with six tackles each. Ian Benner led the way on the ground with 88 yards on 12 carries while Max Davenport caught three passes for 75 yards and a touchdown. Gavin Clifton ended the night with three rushing touchdowns. Benner also chipped in with 126 passing yards. The Trojans now travel to Athens on 10/5 to take on the 5-1 Warriors.
